Are there any upcoming syrup judging competitions??

We would love to be able to have our syrup judged. Every sugar maker always makes the best syrup, and with the time invested rightfully so!

If there is nothing set up then maybe we all just send 8 oz bottles to Dr. Tim to grade out! Just no one tell him ahead of time!!!

The Geauga County Maple Festival has a large syrup contest every year. There is a producer class and an out of county class where anyone can enter. The judging is all laid out and recorded for full review by some fantastic judges. Score sheets are returned to the producers for review. Definitely worth looking into entering.

IMSA/NAMSC usually has a completion with their annual meeting.
