Thinking of getting a continuous flow pan this year and have a line on one that might work. Only problem is dividers run horizontally throughout the pan rather than vertically. Will this cause any issues?

Out of curiosity do you have a picture? I don't know why... but I cant seem to picture that lol.

I wont know the answer to your question, I just like trying to know all the things I can.

no problem at all. i think it's just a preference on which way they run. i've had both, and both worked good.

Are you saying they run across the pan rather than from front to back? If that's the case, I have had them run both ways, and when I had a new custom pan made, I specified cross rather than lengthways but both work well.
I would suggest you only worry about if they are soldered, that it is lead free solder and secondly, does it leak? Any dents? Any scorched spots? Is it stainless steel and if needed, does it have a float box and float?
