Hi,
I just noticed this RO on their website. I'm tapping 300 buckets, biggest sap runs will be no more than 400 gallons. Average day would be in the 200g range. I have no power, would have to run on a generator.
Has anyone tried it? Any thoughts? How many GPH could this realistically process?
Thanks.

I ordered mine today it's been a while since I first talked to Carl about numbers but if I remember right will process 100g/hr going from 2 to 4% and will get about 10g/hr of concentrate if you go to 10% concentrate
Hopefully I'll be able to tell you more next week
I built a very similar unit but have not used it yet to be able to offer real world numbers. I think this would be the right size for your 300 taps. I suggest contacting Carl, he is very knowledgeable and will give you the straight answers.

Bought one for this season but haven't had a chance to run it. 220 Taps with about 140 on vacuum of some sort. Hoping to cut down of all day boils.

It's too late for me for this season, but am curious about hearing feedbact from those who have started using it.
Would also be curious about how people are dealing with the RO in a sugarhouse that may freeze at night.
The unit I built is very similar to the RO bucket single 4-40. Differences. I did not put my water filter under high pressure, I am providing pressure from a small submersible pump through the filter to the high pressure pump. I also added flow gauges which are very welcome addition to me.
I have been very happy with the performance and it has been a huge improvement to our operation. I can take Sap from high 2% to low 3% to 6% and approach 7% in one pass while running at 30GPH Concentrate to match my evaporator.
I built on a cart, similar to Carl's so if I think its going to freeze I can easily take it to the house
