for the third year in a row, my aquatec 8852 has failed to show up the following season at the start

does anyone have a recc for a Dependable RO pump that lasts more than one season

I want to process at least at 10 gph at 125 PSI thru 2 4x40 membranes

buy a hobby ro or ro bucket. they will do more than that with less equipment

For 2- 4x40 membranes, you really need way more pump. Could be you are overworking the pump and burning it out.

any suggestions?

I have a couple of 1/10 HP transfer pumps I suppose I can rig up..would those work? They are supposed to be 360 GPH. I bought the 8852 because it as taking me 12-15 hours to process 75-100 gallons of sap.

I was just going to post the same thing, and Aquatech wouldn't work well with a single 4x40 membrane! I would go with a Procon pump.
