Membrane clogged?

Membrane was new last year and only processed ~200g. I know for sure I flushed it with collected permeate. Took everything apart, and put it away dry.

Now I don’t get any permeate flow. Not a trickle. Concentrate flows fine. I have a gate valve down stream from the needle valve and can close it all the way. Pressure went over 80psi. Still no permeate.

I tried another older membrane I had lying around. Same thing.

When the membrane is out I can blow thru all hoses and fittings.

Can membranes clog to the point where they won’t flow anything thru them in the off season?

assuming this a 4"membrane? It is ruined due to being dry. should have been stored in solution in the off season.
