What is the best electric powered pump to pump out my holding tank 700'

What's your rise, line size, and desired gallons per hour? How many taps and what kind of power do you have? I'm pumping 1600 ft with a 60ft rise using 1.5inch line and a 3/4 hp pump. Keep up with 2700 taps but barely.

Im not sure how large the pump line should be but I currently use a 3/4 inch and a gas powered transfer pump. there are 600 taps. I will only have 110 for power. thanks so much for responding. I'm hoping to use an electric releaser and a pump with a float switch to pump out the holding tank. oh , and there is 24 feet of rise

I use a 1hp 4 inch deep well pump inside a releaser to use 1/2 with 1 and 1/4 line to go 800 feet with 60 foot rise.I used to use 1/2 hp deep well pump and it worked but inside a cage tank with a float switch

Look into electrical releaser with deep well pumps. I pump about 600’ with 50’ rise no problem.
Adding another releaser next year and will be a dual pump and plan on going 900’ with even more rise.
Pump line is 1.25”

We looked at the Honda 1.5" gas powered pump before settling on a 1HP 110/220V Gould that runs off the generator to pump 2000 taps 2000 feet to another pump. Head loss due to elevation gain and length vary depending on pipe size so you'll need to look at the pump curves to figure out how flow rates.

Another concern is how far is your pump from the power source. You will need to select the wire size based upon the distance. If the size becomes impractical you'll need to install a variable frequency drive pump.

I think you are going to have a hard time running a big enough pump on 110 at that distance. I’m running an electric releaser at 1600’ pumping back through 1” line. But it is a slow start 220 volt pump.

This pump is running on 1600’ of 10-2 unb. Never pulled more than 3.7 amps. Even when starting.

You could get away with a stainless "1st Goulds 3/4 hp pump" and 1.25 inch pumpline if your looking for it to pump throughout the day on a float switch. If you are pumping into a truck go with a 1hp minimum.

Can you clarify what you are trying to do? You're hoping to use an electric releaser to pump into a holding tank and then pump from that tank? With 110 for power you will be limited in your options...
