I take my 3/4" mainline down every year and this season will be adding 150' to it. Whats a good fitting to use so I can take them apart? There is a fair amount of tension because I do not use wire.
A Tri-Clamp type barbed coupling would work great. They are pricy but work well.
I use these at a couple road crossings. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Homewerks-Worldwide-1-in-x-1-in-x-1-in-dia-x-3-in-L-Union-PVC-Fitting/50160551

tri clamp would be best especially with extra tension. a cam style quick connect would also work.

The cam style would work. I had trouble with mine when the vacuum was high, but they are super handy.

You might not have much pipe section left after installing a cam which might be very critical for you depending upon the pitch and the number of taps upstream. One of the biggest advantages of the SS Tri Clamp is the thinner section with essentially zero loss of section.
I found a spec on line showing 1/2" inside diameter of barbed fitting. That amounts to a 55% reduction in pipe section.
