Is there a reason why they stopped? I'm curious if there is a problem with the syrup stored in those containers, and I bought my containers from them.

No problem with the syrup stored in them assuming they are cleaned and packed correctly. They, like many buyers, are just sick of dealing with thousands of these containers.

Try the classifieds on here and Craigslist. With it being a down year for most, shouldn't have any problem selling bulk syrup.
