Can anyone tell me what this is in a sap barrel? Its coming out out of 1 line of 3/16. Never saw this before.

Sorry, having issues getting a photo posted. I thought I deleted this. Wasn't there last time I checked.
Picture was Microbial biofilms. Never saw the stuff before.
