storing ro membranes

I plan on storing them in my membrane housings. My ports are 1/4". Are there plugs to do this? I haven't seen any.
If that doesn't work I'll use 3" pvc and just cap it off and seal it with gorilla tape and leave them upright somewhere in the basement.

I use these shut offs to be able to stop the lines from running while I'm working with the RO switching barrels and to keep the system full between uses. I will be using them to store the full membrane for the off season as well.

Keep it simple. Just loop the tubing around so it forms a closed system.
