2021 Low Sugar Content

Just curios if anyone else is experiencing low sugar content this season? I'm historically at 2.1 and am now at 1.8 for 3 weeks straight. "Shaking fist at Mother Nature..."

Also, my finished color isn't fluctuating. Has stayed consistent for 3 boils.

Our sugar tested 2% till last night when it dropped to about 1.5%.
Grade looks good! Keep boiling!
