Sap guzzler set ups

Looking for advice/ideas, planning on installing some guzzler pumps in our sugarbush next season. I would love to see pictures and/or plans that you used to install your sap guzzlers and keeping them running at optimal vacuum during the season.

Does everyone install mainlines and connect them to the pumps or does anyone run their 5/16 to a manifold that connects to a pump?

How do you set up your system to avoid it freezing up?

What do you use to power your systems?

Any other tips I should take into consideration?

I am interested in hearing what people have to say about this. I purchased a used 12v Guzzler 500n single diaphragm originally to use for transferring sap at my off grid sugarhouse. So far i have had nothing but problems with that route. So i will be planning to set the pump up at my largest collection spot lowest on the hill to use as a vacuum pump instead, running off a 100 ah battery and solar panel.
