hi there, just wondering why sapsometimes appears to be flowing backwards sometimes at the jumper on he saddle?

Because it does move backward on occasion, especially on vacuum systems utilizing mechanical releasers, but it can also happen on gravity systems or on vacuum systems with electric releasers....just not as much.
