Do you rinse membranes under pressure?

When you rinse membranes with permeate at the end of the day, do you do this under pressure or do you open then restriction valve in the concentrate line up so it flows quickly?

Open all valves fully so that the permeate can flush the sugar out. If you pinch anything down it will recirculate the sugars around which would defeat the purpose of rinsing.
