My trees didn't produce anything in 2 days. I'm out if sap except one barrel with 50 gallons that's been sitting for about a week. The temps have been 30's at night and 50-60 during the day. any chance its still good?

It could be if it was in the shade, packed with snow, or has ice in it. Only way to know for sure it's to give it a sniff test and if you have any questions, boil a little on the stove.

It sat in the shade but wasn't packed with snow or ice. It doesn't smell funky. I'm going to try it and see what happens. I'll let you know

It will likely still make good syrup, just not as much, because micro-organisms fed on the sugar. It will make most likely either dark or very dark.
