Next Generation Maple Products RO problem

We have an RO we used for the past 2 years and when we put it together this year I couldn’t get water to come out the right way. Had pressure valve all the way out and all the water is flowing thru the permeate tube (filtered water). Nothing threw the sap line. Turned valve all the way both directions. Toke apart 4 times. Checked all tubes. Could my element be bad? It is a xle-2540. Pretty expensive. Stored it in citric acid water mix like I have in the past.

Can you take the membranes out of the cartridge? see if you can get flow with empty cartridges, then make sure the membranes are in correctly.

It flows without cartridge. I see your in Connecticut. We are in Willington. 425 taps this year
