Hi everyone,

We just purchased a used Waterguy RO to help bump up our backyard production this year. The neighbor we bought it from was unable to locate the owner's manual. Calls to Waterguy were met with the same poor customer service others have noted in this forum. The guy told us since we bought it used, it's not his problem and to go get the manual from the person we bought it from. Talk about standing by your product...

Would anyone on here happen to have a Waterguy RO owner's manual they could share? Ours appears to be the RO Pro 4500 based on the two stainless membrane housings, but any Waterguy manual would probably be a good start. We are trying to get an idea on wiring, etc.

Also, I will continue combing through the forum as I know there is tons of valuable information here, but any resources anyone could provide to help us learn how to use, maintain, rinse, wash our new RO would be great.

Thank you for the help!!

These are low-priced, bare-bones units so not real surprising they won't help someone buying second-hand, but I do agree that it is unfortunate. You might try doing a search for "Waterguy" on this forum and looking through any of the more recent threads and PMing some of the folks posting there to see if they have a manual they could share. Barring that, get a copy of a smaller RO unit from one of the regular maple companies. Most of these systems are fairly similar. Good luck.

I just sent you a P.M. It tells you how to get a bare bones basic RO manual from me. You can read the PM in your notifications. It tells you how to get a copy. I fail to understand companies who take that approach for their customer service.
