Copper pan

I am looking at a used homemade flat pan evaporator setup for a friend. The pan is copper soldered with 95/5 silvabrite. Do you folks think there is anything in particular to be wary of in a rig like this?

We had copper pans for 30 years, worked well.

It was back in the days before we became aware of lead issues, and my well have been soldered with 50/50 solder, but Leader made copper evaporators for a few years. Very good heat transfer!

I would be careful cleaning as some pan cleaners will eat away the cooper. never leave any kind of acid in it overnight.
