If I have to runs with 8 and 10 trees can I put a y then 80 feet down to my tank or should i run 2 seperate lines all the way to my tank?

Research (Wilmot) has shown that putting a Y in 3/16" line will reduce sap yield. One line tends to run better than the other. Kind of like cars trying to enter a busy intersection. Would most likely be better to run 2 separate lines.

Would this include 3/16 lines on vacuum?

Natural vacuum or pumped vacuum doesn't matter in this case. Nor does 3/16" or 5/16" lines make a difference. Y-fittings in maple lateral lines are not recommended.
