carlin 701 burner

I recently purchased a new Carlin 701CRD oil burner and I cannot figure out where to run the electrical supply. The burner has the carlin pro x control box that needs power, and the leads are in the box. Do I just have to power this box, or do I have to run 2 supplies, one to the honeywell controller for the motor and one to the Carlin box?
