walnut tapping

we have tapped black walnut trees in the past, they make great syrup, but don't run like sugar maple trees. Question is has anybody put walnut trees on a tubing line with vacuum ? would it pull more sap than buckets hanging on walnut trees?

In brief, looks like the answer is yes...more sap from walnut when vacuum is used.
