I have ordered a RB25 from RO Bucket company. I know I will mount to a 3/4 plywood. Rather I can mount it all on one side is dependent on space which I will not get to measure till next week. My shack is not heated so will have to bring inside at night. The 25 has one prefilter and 4 membranes plus pump and power converter. I am interested in ideas of how you mounted similar setup while keeping it portable and space efficient? If I have to mount it on both sides that might make it hard to hang on wall?

Tom that looks great! I love it!

I'm sure that if folks saw that set-up they would be all over it. I'm very impressed!

Here is how I mounted my RO10, all on one side, with a ledge on the bottom of the plywood so it doesn't tip over, and it is free standing. I really like the bucket on a bucket idea though!!!

Here's my RO5. Carl upgraded the pump so I can add on to it if I need to in the future. I made it more like a stand alone shelf like treehugger, and all on one side too. I also used a hole saw for the canisters to sit in instead of clamps, so they are easily removed.
Works great. Couldn't be happier with it.

I set up a portable RO and showed it the forum last year. It works for me. The only change this year is 5- 400GPD membranes in series instead of 2 parallel then 4 in series. It will do 20-30 gph to 6 % concentrate.

Gbeneke - I notice you have blue stuff at all your fittings - tape? was it leaking? too much pressure?
Thanks - just curious. I have not had trouble with leaks, but I only have a RO10.

Those blue clips hold the quick connect rings out so the connection is locked. Not sure they are necessary. Leaks are not a problem if the tubing is all of the way into connection

What type of bracket is holding the filter on? Also I see a white clip around membrane cannister where did you get those?

Sorry I didn't see the question about the filter bracket, again ordered from ebay. I wanted a filter bracket that would secure to the plywood board and not hang by itself. It makes filter changing easier. 10" G 1/2 Clear Standard Whole House Water Filter System with Sediment Filter US
