Tank washer?

Is there a device on the market that could clean/rinse a tank? I have an old 3000 gallon distillery tank that's really hard on a bad back to climb into regularly. Any info appreciated.

They sell a device called a spray ball for enclosed tanks.

I have one like this that I use in my enclosed head tank. I have it plumbed in to a water source to use it to rinse the tank out.
