So Maple News interviewed Sweer Tree, and said they're using beeswax for organic defoamer. Thoughts?

Having a small bakery. Honey is known as a potential allergenic food and can cause reactions ranging from mild symptoms such as cough to severe as anaphylaxis so the wax I would not use it. And how do you know its organic honey bees will fly out over many mile if need be.

I believe canola oil is the preferred method now.

I was surprised to hear of the beeswax, myself. My buddy has bees, and he says the same thing; how can honey ever be certified organic. But Sweet Tree is so high profile, that you would think whatever they use must be acceptable.

I thought I read that safflower oil is certified to use for organic.
