This question is for Dr. Perkins. If you have 3500 gallons of 1.5% sap and you add 400 gallons of 8% sap, any idea what sugar content in the tank will be after it is mixed?

Seems like something from chemistry class: ( 3500 gal x 1.5% + 400 gal x 8% ) / 3900 total gal = 2.167%.
