This year, i began using an RO bucket and it works great. my question is: Does evaporating rates of the concentrated SAP differ than non concentrated? I seemed to notice that my evaporation rate is a bit slower than it was before RO.

No. The boil rate should not be appreciably different due to the degree of RO concentration. Look for other reasons why your boil rate is lower.

I've seen a lot of chimney smoke hanging around the ground this spring (signalling an inversion) and so your draft may not be sufficient for that condition. Is adding a section to your stack an option?
