Hello all... I have a hobby 250... once I have my 250 gallons of permeate I start a 50 gallon rinse at 50 psi...
My question is when I start my soap rinse do I increase the pressure and to what psi and when I’m done soap wash what pressure do I do final rinse at.... or does it remain at 50 psi throughout the whole procedure

Should remain at lowest pressure possible for everything. Rinse, Wash
I’m sure you could find CDL hobby RO wash and rinse instructions somewhere. But I’m sure they are like most maple equipment instructions. Translated from French to English and lacking 90% of the info needed.

Looks like it remains at 50psi. I know my CDL 250 vertical stays at 60 for wash & rinse.

dont forget a couple times during season and at the end to do an acid wash as well for the mineral build up. that will extend the life of your membrane.

Is the acid was the same as normal wash...fill a 5 gss as l pail and let it recirculate?
