I've only had about 3 good runs so far and the forecast looks great , but I'm shutting down. I have family out of state that cant get out to shop, all in the high risk group. I will help them as long as needed and i don't know how long that will be. So down she goes. Just got the pans sweet and made about 15 gallons, about 25 % of average. I am bringing 5 gallon of unfinished sweet and my warming pan to finish it in for entertainment. Thought it was bad last year (it was) when my dog died suddenly mid season, oh well.
