I have quite a few jars of finished syrup from last year. It all has some niter in the bottles. This year I bought a heated canner, I am wondering if I can reheat the syrup I have, refilter it and repackage it. Does anyone know if that is allowable?

That should be fine. All the bulk drums are held at least that long before they are bottled .

Yes, you can, just make sure you filter it hot and repack at 180 or more F, but not over 190. Advisable to verify the density too.
