I am on the west side of the state...

I try not to bite off more than I can chew....

My storage capacity is about 1000 gallons - and I can boil about 250 gallon a day... (18 hour). When I get behind I recruit volunteers - and run 24/7....

But I really like sleep more than syrup....

Are looking for someone to come pick up the sap and take it off your hands? I could do that.

I'm getting 4-6 gallons every 24 hours per tree right now at 2% - 2.5% . Looks like March 8, 10, 12, 14, and maybe 16th. I will have 200 gallons in 40 buckets for anyone with the means to transport, boil down, and return the buckets clean along with 1/3 of their output from the 200 gallons iin my bottles. I need the buckets back 48 hours after pickup.

Hi kipegan,

I just saw your post. I'm near Fenton, about 45 minutes from you. Do you still have the sap? I can pick up 275 gallons at a time.

James.
