Compressed air cans

Does any one use the air cans to blow out their tap holes. The type used for cleaning key boards and such. I just blew in them for years until I was told it helped close the hole up sooner. I use a stick now but still find the occasional drill chip in the line. Additionally some are hard to reach and would be easier with the can. Probably going to try unless there is a known down side.

Ditch the can, carry a small twig with you if you’re worried about wood chips to clean out the hole. If using an actual tapping bit and doing it right, wood shavings should be minimal.
