Can't post picture in private mesg reply?

I was unable to upload pictures while replying to a private message today.
No issues with a simple reply to a forum thread - but no go in PM.
Any ideas as to why? Thanks

I don't think there is a picture feature in a PM, to send a pic, get the person's email and attach it to an email.

If you host your photo/image on a web site (like google photos) you can add the url of the image in the PM
