After a few years of hauling with a 500 cc 4 wheeler and/or 1939 john deere B, hauling sap should no longer be my weak point. I picked up a used Kubota L2900, 4wd, loader, 900 hours. I'm pretty stoked. A minor hydraulic oil leak and one front tire is on backwards, but those are easily fixable.

Obviously this will get used for more than just sap, but sap season just got better.

That looks like it will do the trick. Nice to see it has Ag tires vs. Industrial, because they do better in the mud and snow. Have fun!

You are going to like the Kubota. I had one but downsiized when we sold the farm, kind of wishing I hadn't sold it now.

Yup, nothing like owning a tractor. I sold my four wheeler to buy a SxS, sold that to buy the tractor. Now I have all three and each are extremely useful in their own right. None are brand new but if taken care of they’ll last forever and serve you well.

Congrats! You're gonna love it. I have one of the little Kubota tractors and am amazed at what it can do.
