I have a square 150 gallon stainless steel tank that fits in the bed of my truck that I go around road side and collect sap my problem is I didn't get it rinsed out in time and now I have mold growing on the sides .
and no way to get hot water in the tank so if I used a gallon of bleach and filed the tank and drove around for awhile so it sloshes around and then rinse and rinse and rinse would this solve my problem ?
I do have a pressure washer but no hot water .

Id start with the pressure washer and if the mold persists then clean with bleach. If using bleach just follow the guidelines on the bottle.

Sounds good I will do that and wait awhile and watch to see if its gone.

If you do use bleach, don't go overboard on the concentration and don't let it sit more than a few hours. Chlorine is not great for SS since it is a very strong oxidizer. Stainless is "stain less", not "impossible to stain".

After pressure washing and/or scrubbing with straight water, consider using Star San (https://www.amazon.com/Five-star-Star-San-32oz/dp/B00FA86OVG/ref=asc_df_B00FA86OVG/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198083537724&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=15432221729429768492&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9061283&hvtargid=pla-349520405014&psc=1), sometimes called 5 Star San. One ounce is mixed with 5 gallons of water. Slosh it around your tank so that all the surfaces are wet for at least 1 minute. Let it air dry and there is no rinsing required. It's a lot less water and labor with just as good results as bleach for sanitizing - and it won't react with stainless.
