Leader Paper Pre-filters

I'm now into a pack of Leader pre-filters I bought last spring. They are much more like cloth than the paper ones I typically use. They seem to filter ok, but they cling to each other when they are wet and it's been a bit frustrating to pull them out of each other when the top one starts to clog.

I never really paid attention to the brands before. Is this how Leader pre-filters always are? Is it a different manufacturer that makes the ones that are more like paper that I had been buying before?

Don’t know about Leader prefilter paper,but I have found others that way,are more like a bounty paper towel and will rip when you go to move them. I always open the package and check now,reject them if they are not to my liking. Could be the supplier that they got them from

That's a better comparison. They are like a Bounty paper towel They haven't ripped yet, but I feel like they will. I'm having better success separating them when I alternate them betweent he paper ones I have left. Still, I'd like to avoid them next time.
