Got in a hurry this morning and forgot to open the valve on the cons. side of my 6x150 GPD system. I normally run 150 lbs. and it went into the red zone. Would this damage the membranes?

No, the membranes can stand any pressure, the weak links are the hoses, fittings and the vessel the membranes are in. If you see no damage, you should likely be ok.

Yes I did have a few leaks. Repaired them and restarted and it is working great,
thanks for the reply.

We're running our setup with five 150gpd membranes at 180-190.

Most of those membranes are rated for up to 300 psi most likely your water filter housing will leak first.
