Finishing pan sweet question

So last year I was running straight sap 2%. When our season ended I finished the remaining pan sweet for 5ish gallons.

This year I am running concentrate at around 6%. I assume the front pan sweet will finish close to the same as last year but the back pan in theory would be much sweeter running concentrate? So I am assuming finishing the pan sweet this year would yield more syrup running concentrate.

Is this accurate?
