Weekend shack build...

Saturday morning I decided to not be out in the elements for sugaring this year...A few hours of sketchup for a 12'x8' design on skids ("portable structure"), digging out the trailer to go for materials, plowing out a spot in the yard, a comedy of errors getting the materials meant for only having Sunday afternoon to get something done before snow started and this is as far as I got. Taking tomorrow off from work to get the rafters and roof on... 19607

Get a roof on it and you will be ready to go! Tarps for the walls can work in a pinch!

Yeah it's on skids so I can hopefully move it this summer and will just use crushed rock for the floor as well. Got most of the roof on today and walls going on tomorrow. Working fast, looks like tapping Tuesday!
