High vacuum

Is there such a thing as to high of vacuum? I run at 29" and work to keep it there all season. But I have a friend that told me I'm running to high of vacuum. But didn't get a explanation. Has anyone heard this?

That's what I thought. But then I thought it could be harder on the pump than what the extra sap was worth? Thanks for the in put.

No such thing as Too high vacuum in regards to the tree, there can be too high vacuum if some of your equipment is not designed for it.

Wish I could get 29 but unfortunately too high an elevation here!!
