Knocked out 60 gallons today with another 60 in the barrels. My sugar today was down to 1.5% from 2% yesterday.... The pans are almost sweet and perhaps drawing off tomorrow!19444

hurry up and wait! 25 gallons collected today from yesterday's small run. I lit a fire to get a boil going to keep the sweet pan sanitized... Now I need 100 more gallons!

now hopefully the start of a 3 day run!

Forecasted to hit 50 today and stay above freezing most of the night. Should be enough of a run to fill all the pans back up for a weekend boil. Everything got good and frozen the last couple days.

I have it falling to 29 tonight at my weather station. that would be fantastic!
