Memtech membrane hookup

I purchased a used memtech to. Can somebody diagram or explain the installation of the membranes? There are two ports on each end. Is the inner one for concentrate outter for permeated? One is a pipe plug in the center the other is more towards the outter edge of membrane .

Memtek I had with fiberglass vessels with aluminum end caps. 2-4” membranes. Feed end(top) only had one port in center. That end of membrane had a plug in center. Bottom end has a connector tube from membrane to center port on endcap. This would be where permeate comes out. Other port was off center where concentrate comes out or goes to top of other vessel.
