Hit flea markets, yard sales, second hand stores. I found two for like$10.00 to $15.00 each. I use an old leaf blower I wired direct to a variable speed control. This is my second one, I get about two years out of them. At ~$10.00 bucks you can afford to run them into the ground. I used Pvc pipe and fernco fittings to adapt them. They are all you need on small units.

On my OTE I use a 6" in-line duct fan and I added a plug in rheostat to control fan speed. It was cheap and it works.
