Pond water

Seen an old post from 2006,that said to use water from a pond or river to do first spring flush. My pond is 17' deep and kept full with irrigation well,no ditches. Would you use it?

NO!!!! that's a perfect way to introduce bacteria

You need to use clean water...drinking water that doesn't contain chlorine. Chlorine will damage the ro membrane.
