I tapped about 80 trees this week, then got slammed at work. If anyone close by will come and get it I would be thrilled. I will have 100-200 gallons in a huge underground cooler set at 35 degrees when this run is over tomorrow night. It is good for about 3-4 days in the cooler then I pitch it.
