Hey all
I did a redesign of the hopeful sugarhouse. Gonna be an 18x30 heavy timberframe made from eastern white pine harvested on from the property. A little bigger than the last design and hopefully room to grow. Now all im going to need is equipment to fill it 🙄.

Nice! I wish I had made mine bigger. When I built it I only had a 2x6 and little else, seemed like loads of room. Now with a 3x8, a wood rack, counters, 2 chest freezers, an RO room, the filter press, a WJ bottler, a 2x6 finisher, more counters, a microwave and a sink it is truly tight. I would have been far better off with a 20x30 or even a 24x36. Who knew?
