Calling all Maple enthusiasts around Wisconsin. The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Continuing Education will be hosting three different workshops on Maple Biology and Management. Each workshop has hands on field experience exploring topics of "Maple Biology: The Science of Sap Production", "Forest management for Maple Syrup" and "Sap to syrup: Making Maple Syrup".
