I have long known that the Canadians referred to a mixture of maple syrup and whiskey as a Beaver Tail. Well I have just developed a mixed drink I will call Beaver Tail de Pommes (apples that is). Get some of that Crown Royal regal apple whiskey and mix with syrup and ice. Positively satisifying!:)
