Well our syrup supply is getting low. This is our first batch from our village trees. Ron has been blending it with the last of our farm reserve. We miss the farm something awful. Trying to come to some sort of peace. Had a good size garden rotilled. Spring apple trees doung good. I got in lots of plantings. My efforts to disguise our yard will take a bit of time. Looking at having some pines put in come Spring. Have had a baby gate across the steps on the deck to keep the raccons off. They look in the patio door. Ha,ha. Clever . so they get on the ac unit and climb up. Hang out on my furniture. Enjoy the quiet. Leave when they get bored. Does keep the skunks off. Possum was staring at me last week when I turned on the deck light. We both were startled. So now filling in time until Ron can hand some buckets and the neighbors can stare. Waiting for someone to get brave enough to ask what we're doing. It's been so cold and snowy off and on. Everyone have a safe and nice holiday.
