Saw this the other day... seems way easier then retapping every year. I bet it flows like crazy!

Hope this is a joke. Reason for moving taps is for tree health and maximize sap production. Not that folks around still don't throw 6 buckets on a 2 foot tree every year. This year, i have a overcrowded fenceline that I plan on thinning. Will tap the crap out of all the trees to be cut, some maybe 8 inches.
EDIT, I am sure more experienced tappers will chime in. No offense meant, been a long day playing in the snow searching for Mr Bear.
