Very nice! What are you going to use for a tank?

18933 that was the old wagon, I'll be using the same tank, I believe its 525 gallons, and I'm switching to all 2" hose and pump

Nice! Is your pump mounted right to the trailer? I am going to build one this year myself. I bought a "pole skate" trailer that I plan to use as my base and I have a 275 gallon IBC tote I plan to mount to it. I was thinking of mounting my pump to a hand truck because I can't get right to all of my collection spots with the tractor, plus I figured I could roll it into the basement at night so it doesn't freeze.

Yes the pump is at the rear of the trailer, it stays there all season, we just pull the drain plugs and rinse every night

That sounds like a good axle for your wagon, our old wagon has a front end from an old truck, so it really lacked ground clearance, this trailer I used a set of chopper axles and 10 ply 265/75-16 tires, the trailer has more ground clearance than the tractor so we shouldn't be grading the roads while we are hauling sap this year lol

I hear you. We used to haul with a small (100 gallon)tank in the back of a Polaris Ranger; we graded the road's muddy spots every time we left the sugar bush with a full tank!

Looking good, you will be glad going with the wider tires. Here is my tank trailer. Flotation tires and 500 gallon tank, made the world of difference.

That is a slick set up. I like the way you piped everything. I have a wagon I use in the summer to haul a water tote. I might have to make something similar for sap hauling.

I love the idea of plumbing a fitting into the neck on your tank. I am definitely going to do that on mine. Thanks
